This is a joint event with Ridge Road. We need 40 volunteers on 2/25 to pack meals for the non-profit Rise Against Hunger. Help transform the chapel into a packaging space to put together hundreds of meal kits for those in need. While there is no fee for this event, if you'd like to make a donation to our "Events" fund, please do so here → Learn more about Rise Against Hunger → Register

With the election season upon us, it’s a good time to be learning some new skills to help you survive the times. Depolarizing Within teaches participants to look within and develop strategies for engaging in politics without demonizing, and how to constructively intervene in social conversations with like-minded peers. Participants will learn: How to be more aware of their own “inner polarizer” How to be critical without demonizing, dismissing or stereotyping large swaths of the population Strategies for intervening constructively in social conversations with like-minded peers when these conversations veer into contempt and ridicule for people who hold other political views Questions? Ask Sheree Vodicka. Childcare, breakfast and coffee will be provided. Please bring any other snacks or drinks you may like. More information → Register

Join us monthly for practice, supportive conversation, and teaching meant for anyone interested in starting, deepening, or maintaining a regular meditation practice. If have been meditating daily for years and would like the support of others on a similar journey please consider attending. Also, perhaps you have always wanted to be able to meditate consistently but have run into barriers with starting or maintaining a consistent practice. All are welcome as we connect around deepening our practice of centering prayer and other forms of siting meditation. Childcare provided.
