It may serve as a place where we can play, color, and lose ourselves in the process. Supplies Needed: One set of watercolor paints (can be a cheap set from Target or Michaels) Two brushes: one wide and one medium (wider than what comes with paint sets) Corrugated cardboard (like Amazon packages): at least 12" x 14” One set of the following: colored pencils, crayons, or colored markers, etc. A rag Register

Drop-In Self Awareness

Drop-In Self-Awareness

Room 209

When we observe ourselves feeling and reacting from unsettling emotions like anger, sadness, and fear, the self awareness practice helps us investigate so we can release stories and patterns that no longer serve our wellbeing and so we can embrace ourselves and others with more compassion and grace. If you want to learn more about the self awareness practice, please drop in and observe 2 members of the Common Thread Community do this practice together. No prior knowledge or experience is required and everyone is invited and welcome. We will meet in Room 209. Feel free to bring your lunch/snack if desired. Get more information about self awareness here
