  • Drop-In Self-Awareness

    Drop-In Self-Awareness
    Room 209

When we observe ourselves feeling and reacting from unsettling emotions like anger, sadness, and fear, the self awareness practice helps us investigate so we can release stories and patterns that no longer serve our wellbeing and so we can embrace ourselves and others with more compassion and grace. If you want to learn more about the self awareness practice, please drop in and observe 2 members of the Common Thread Community do this practice together. No prior knowledge or experience is required and everyone is invited and welcome. We will meet in Room 209. Feel free to bring your lunch/snack if desired. • Sing-Along Group

    Music Group
    In the Chapel

Are there songs you sing to yourself or with others that deeply nourish your soul? We are forming a group to sing those type songs together – just for the joy of singing. We'll meet the 3rd Saturday of each month in the Chapel to share fun, inspiring songs we love. Please bring a few printed copies of the lyrics if you can or would like to share. Joe will bring his guitar, but all other instruments are welcome! Contact Beverly Miller if you have any additional questions.
