    When we observe ourselves feeling and reacting from unsettling emotions like anger, sadness, and fear, the self awareness practice helps us investigate so we can release stories and patterns that no longer serve our wellbeing and so we can embrace ourselves and others with more compassion and grace. If you want to learn more about the self awareness practice, please drop in and observe 2 members of the Common Thread Community do this practice together. No prior knowledge or experience is required and everyone is invited and welcome. We will meet in Room 209. Feel free to bring your lunch/snack if desired.   • Mardi Gras Brunch

    Come kick off the Lenten season with a Mardi Gras brunch in the chapel as church is starting on 2/15. The church will provide the coffee and tea. After registering, you will be prompted to sign up to bring something (juices, baked goods, or fruit) if you can. Looking forward to celebrating together! Register

    Once a year, we make space to listen — really listen — to one another. This gathering is a chance to share what’s stirring in you as we look toward the year ahead: your hopes, your longings, your questions, and the quiet dreams you may not have said out loud yet. There’s no pressure to perform, persuade, or solve anything. We simply come as we are, trusting that when we listen with care and curiosity, something wise begins to emerge between us. Whether you’re full of ideas or just feeling your way forward, your voice belongs here.
