Fiction & Fellowship is a book discussion designed to promote community and connection at CTC through a shared love of reading for pleasure. Join us in person (Conference Room #205) or virtually via Zoom (link and password provided in the registration confirmation email). No need to commit to each discussion—come whenever you can! When we observe ourselves feeling and reacting from unsettling emotions like anger, sadness, and fear, the self awareness practice helps us investigate so we can release stories and patterns that no longer serve our wellbeing and so we can embrace ourselves and others with more compassion and grace. If you want to learn more about the self awareness practice, please drop in and observe 2 members of the Common Thread Community do this practice together. No prior knowledge or experience is required and everyone is invited and welcome. We will meet in Room 209. Feel free to bring your lunch/snack if desired. We meet the third Sunday of every month. For one hour, we will gather and talk about how our awareness of our type has grown and how we have been able to make different decisions as a result of our pausing.
