Life Story Group Formation
We form Life Story groups twice a year that will meet as many times as there are people in the group (usually 3-4) for about 2 hours at a time. We will form groups in person on 9/14. If you will not be at church that day but still want to participate, please complete this form by 9/14. We agree not to share even bits and pieces of others’ stories with people who are not in the group. Even without names. Even without identifying details. Even with our intimate partners. That’s how hurtful gossip can happen. Non-judgement. This is trickier because we’re talking about what happens in your heart. One way to avoid the appearance of judgment is to avoid asking questions or making comments. Just listen through to the end then thank the speaker for their story.
