    Peach Road Park

    Join us for a meaningful day of service and connection as we clean up litter in honor of Earth Day! We’ll give back to our community by starting at the Peach Road Cultural Center. What to Bring: Old clothes, shoes, and gloves Bug spray Sunscreen Water and a snack Trash grabber sticks (if you have them) Trash bags will be provided. Come ready to serve, meet new people, and enjoy the outdoors. Kids are welcome!

    Grab your shades and stretchy pants because it’s time for a spring picnic that's all about bringing The Ridge's churches together! Ridge Road Baptist will provide the main dish & drinks, and is asking all the churches to bring sides and desserts. Whether you make a famous pasta salad or can replate store‑bought cookies with confidence – all are welcome here. The food will be served in the courtyard, and seating is BYO blankets or lawn chairs. We’ll eat, mingle, laugh, and enjoy a beautiful spring day together doing what we do best – building community (and possibly going back for seconds).   • On-Campus Spiritual Practices Retreat

    Common Thread Church Campus

    Come join us for a Spiritual Practices Retreat at Common Thread! We will be exploring embodied spiritual practices and diving deeper into the Self-Awareness Practice. Using the ancient Benedictine rhythm of "Ora et Labora" (prayer and work) to structure our time together, our retreat will include: Communal rituals Music and chants Movement such as Qigong and Dance Nervous system regulation exercises Body Scan Meditations A Drum Circle Opportunities to learn and practice Self-Awareness Coffee and snacks when you arrive A full lunch Childcare A detailed agenda will be emailed to folks who register the week prior to the event. Feel free to attend the entire event or just the parts that particularly interest you. Need childcare? Just let us know when you register. It will be available from 9-3. Children may also participate in the large group activities as well. There will be no registration fees for this event because we want this event to be accessible to everyone in our community. We will be HAPPY to accept donations of any amount to help us cover the cost of childcare, food, and any materials we might need that day.
