Observe the Board onsite or on Zoom at their quarterly meetings. Open to anyone in the directory. Quarterly Open Board meetings take place in the conference room (#205) are an opportunity for anyone currently in the directory to observe the happenings of the Board. In lieu of a formal petition process the Board Chair will ensure time is reserved on the agenda for topics brought forth by observers in attendance. When we observe ourselves feeling and reacting from unsettling emotions like anger, sadness, and fear, the self awareness practice helps us investigate so we can release stories and patterns that no longer serve our wellbeing and so we can embrace ourselves and others with more compassion and grace. If you want to learn more about the self awareness practice, please drop in and observe 2 members of the Common Thread Community do this practice together.
