Self-Awareness Retreat

Join CTC Thursday, November 5 through Sunday, November 8 for this year’s Self-Awareness Retreat at Well of Mercy.

The deadline to register is October 5th.

Retreat Overview & Services

This is a retreat in the stillness of the woods and river – offering a balance of structured group activities and time for solitude with a focus on self-awareness and contemplative practices.

Optional activities include opportunities for breath work, meditation, walking the prayer path or labyrinth, sitting on a hammock, reading, and ample built-in time to rest and listen for the still, quiet inner voice.

For an additional fee, you can also book a Healing Touch, a massage, or Spiritual Direction session with Well of Mercy staff.

Check-In & Checkout

Check-in is 2-4 pm on Thursday, November 5 and checkout is at 11am on Sunday, November 8.

Before signing up, please make sure you can accommodate these windows and that you are available to be present and free from work responsibilities during the retreat.

Accommodations

Well of Mercy has three sleeping residences and two cottages. Volunteer leaders will reside in The Sisters House. Retreatants will stay in either the Sunrise House, Sunset House, or one of the two Cottages.

The Sunrise and Sunset Houses have six bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom, shared kitchen, and shared deck.

The Cottages are self-contained units with a queen-sized bed, bathroom, living area, kitchen, and deck. Cottages are reserved for couples.

If there are any cottages still available after the registration deadline, they will be opened up to single participants. If you don’t see an option to book the cottage, that means they are already full.
