Sunday Service
10:00 a.m.

Last week we had a community vote to leave our denomination. It was a gutsy thing for the community to do, because in the denomination we were part, the local church doesn’t own the church building. We will be renting back the building for a while, but we’re searching for a new home.

As you can imagine, there is a lot going on as we navigate this big transition. Our teams and groups and church council are all hard at work on things to keep us all together through this time.

Today’s lesson . . . is actually a series of announcements. It’s some of the “why” behind what is coming up. Why are we focused on communal practices. Why are we focused on the enneagram? On contemplative practices?

If you’re part of the community, it’s an invitation to stay connected during this transition time. If you’re not, it’s an explanation of why people of faith have been “working the circle for centuries.”

Have a listen,

Doug
