September 2025 Financial Report
Our regular giving last month was a solid $17,763, which is higher than average for this year.
Also, our expenses last month were much higher than usual: we had extra accounting, website revision, hospitality, and technical expenses, most of which were one-time expenses, putting that number at $23,299.
So while we had a $5536 deficit this month, it was easily offset by the carryover funds in our operating account—we did not have to dip into savings.
The Bigger Picture
We approached 2025 as a year to steady our financial situation, and we’ve been very successful doing this. As we head into 2026, we hope to strengthen our financial situation. We’ll be in touch soon about how we all can participate in this process. In the meantime, here are some ways you can invest in healthy spiritual community:

If you’re new, now’s a great time to begin giving. If you give regularly but haven’t set up a recurring donation, we encourage you to do so—it helps tremendously with planning and budgeting.

If you’re already giving but haven’t yet taken the step of increasing your gift by 10%, we’d be deeply grateful if you consider it.
If giving financially isn’t something you can do right now, no worries! Some are able to give more, some less, and some give in other ways altogether—and somehow, over time, it all evens out.
