Intergenerational Sunday is a time for us all to appreciate what folks of every age have to offer and receive in our community, and we are doing this so that our youth know from experience what a healthy spiritual community looks like when they are old enough to seek one out for themselves. The service will be kid AND adult friendly, and hopefully nurture the inner child in us all. No Sunday School downstairs on April 28—let's learn, practice, share, and love together.
Join us to celebrate the back-to-school season! We will hang out after church in the Fellowship Hall to make ice cream sundaes and spend time together before the school year starts. Kids can pick up a back-to-school goody bag as well! Register
The teens will go to Bowlero (5501 Commercial Ave, Raleigh, NC 27612) on September 22 for a Fall team building event! The cost is $21/person (CTC pays at registration; parents reimburse via registration link) We’ll eat a light lunch together at Snack & Chat at 11:30am in the Chapel (send extra money with your teen if they will want snacks at Bowlero) Carpool drivers needed! We’re planning a fun evening for teens at the church! Kids will meet up in the teen room and downstairs spaces for pizza, games, and time to hang out together. We’re also looking for 1 adult volunteer to serve as a chaperone alongside Angela Mclean. Please contact her if you can help! Cost: $5.50 per student to cover pizza (will be prompted to pay upon registration) Register
