When we observe ourselves feeling and reacting from unsettling emotions like anger, sadness, and fear, the self awareness practice helps us investigate so we can release stories and patterns that no longer serve our wellbeing and so we can embrace ourselves and others with more compassion and grace. If you want to learn more about the self awareness practice, please drop in and observe 2 members of the Common Thread Community do this practice together. No prior knowledge or experience is required and everyone is invited and welcome. We will meet in Room 209. Feel free to bring your lunch/snack if desired. We meet the third Sunday of every month. For one hour, we will gather and talk about how our awareness of our type has grown and how we have been able to make different decisions as a result of our pausing.

Formerly called Club Day, find out what’s going on at Common Thread this fall so you can join in and work the circle. Attend in person or participate online by watching the regular Sunday livestream. We'll have a brunch afterward where you can mingle and ask questions. The church will provide coffee and tea. After registering, you will be prompted to sign up to bring something (juices, baked goods, a hot casserole, fruit) if you can. Register for Brunch
