We form small groups for self-awareness twice a year that meet as many times as there are people in the group (usually 3-4) for about 1.5 hours at a time. Please complete this form by 4/13 if you would like to participate this spring.
When we are triggered, our self-awareness practice is a tool that we use to pay attention to what we are thinking, sensing and feeling and discover how the beliefs we carry disrupt our access to divine peace and joy.
