Forgiveness is a bedrock of the spiritual tradition tradition. If we don’t take it up, who will?

One first-step exercise is to pray for one who has wronged us in a minor way. When we interrupt the cycle of revenge with this small act of grace, we move a step closer to becoming a skilled practitioner in the cycle of forgiveness. If not us, then who?
