    When we observe ourselves feeling and reacting from unsettling emotions like anger, sadness, and fear, the self awareness practice helps us investigate so we can release stories and patterns that no longer serve our wellbeing and so we can embrace ourselves and others with more compassion and grace. If you want to learn more about the self awareness practice, please drop in and observe 2 members of the Common Thread Community do this practice together. No prior knowledge or experience is required and everyone is invited and welcome. We will meet in Room 209. Feel free to bring your lunch/snack if desired.
