DESCRIPTION:Join us monthly for practice\, supportive conversation\, and teaching meant for anyone interested in starting\, deepening\, or maintaining a regular meditation practice. If have been meditating daily for years and would like the support of others on a similar journey please consider attending. Also\, perhaps you have always wanted to be able to meditate consistently but have run into barriers with starting or maintaining a consistent practice. All are welcome as we connect around deepening our practice of centering prayer and other forms of siting meditation. \nChildcare provided.
